Do you provide International delivery?

 

Delivery will be available to all countries in Europe & America until further notice.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Our demi-couture service ensures that clients are happy and satisfied with results before delivery. We do not anticipate any desires to return our items however, if you wish to, you can return the item within 14 days after delivery to proceed with a refund (the items must still be in good condition).

 

How do I track my order?

 

Von Ruz will provide a tracking number via email for every order. The client can use this directly on the courier service website to track. Once an order is posted, it is no longer under the authority of Von Ruz.
